do you want use by arduino IDE or esphome?
if by arduino IDE, please search by Google, easy to find arduino library for SHT30 sensor or demo source code for it.
if use by ESPHome, just config SHT30 sensor as here guide: https://esphome.io/components/sensor/sht3xd.html
