done it cause the SD card
now i confuse cause i cant add folder and file on the SD card when i already install Home Assistant
when i add and i start the server-16 the folder and file always gone
but setting on config.txt already add
dtparam=i2c_vc=on
dtparam=i2c_arm=on

not need to see this, just install MCP23017 chip HACS component direcly. maybe it's the home assistant bug. i have faced it before.
