KC868-A16 Analog readings on Home Assistant

Hello Admin, 
Could you please provide solution to discover  Analog readings of A16 board on Home Assistant?
How can I make A16 functions available on Home Assitant? 
Please provide code either mqtt or esp home. Anything is fine. I want to use Anaolg readings of A16 board n Home Assistant. Kindly help please.

1. A16 has 4 Analog inputs of (0-5v). My sensor reads 4-20mA.   What resistors to use to on A16 to work with my sensors?
2. Please could you paste full code for A16 where it displays all analogs and input and  outputs on HA?

KC868-A16 have 2 channel 0-5v and 2 channel 4-20mA analog input ports.

in one post you have mentioned all channels are 0-5v , and now you saying two channels ae 4-20mA, and two channels are 0-5v. Wich is correct?

you can check with adc circuit resistance value.
