do you using KCS v2 firmware ? or you config by ESPHome? or write your own arduino IDE code?
please write your question in details, so that can help you.
GPIO13 is OK for DHT22. KC868-A4 board already include pull up resistance, make sure your DHT22 without pull up resistance. you can take a photo of your sensor. another way, you can download KCS v2 firmware , set DHT22 to use, test the hardware whether work well. if KCS firmware work well, then you should check your arduino code.

we are using GHT 22 and DHT without any pullup resistenace , Can i use another PIn number , please find the picture of sensor

To confirm the above, most DHT22's won't run off the 3.3V output on the board so you have to take a 5V tap off the 433MHz connector. There's another thread somewhere that discusses this.
