are you using analog 0-5v sensor?

It's not a sensor.
The sensor is already connected to pins 11 and 12 and is outputting a 4-20ma signal.
Sensors mounted on pins 12 and 13 are expected to be powered by 12V or 24V.
That signal is retransmitted to pins 16 and 17.
Pins 16 and 17 also output a 4-20ma signal.

if signal is 4-20mA, you can connect with KC868-A16's ADC1 and ADC2 channel, it's 4-20mA signal. ADC3 and ADC4 is 0-5v signal.

Does that mean I should connect ADC1 to output + and ADC2 to output -?

thank you! I'll try it
If I were to connect one more of these products, would it be possible to connect another UM330 output to the same location?

your device "+" connect to analog input port-1, your device "-" connect to KC868-A16's GND.

That means 1st UM330 pin 16 -> ADC1, pin 17 -> GND / 2nd UM330 pin 16 -> ADC2, pin 17 -> GND! Thank you!
