Hello 
I have also the KC868-A16 with the  v2.2.10 firmware and I have the same problem.
As soon as I made any changes and system has to restart the Ethernet port stops to communicate with the switch (led on the switch turns off) and I have to disconnect the supply to the board and reconnect it in order to connect to the card.
I have also turn wifi off but no change.
