Low output voltage

Ah just me being stupid. I already tried wiring the siren between the output and ground, and couldn't get it to work. Turns out that the voltage input to the siren is polarity specific and I had the connection the wrong way round. I also needed to invert the output. Now all working correctly! Thanks.
