I don't think that's possible, you'd end up with a 24-hour long video of nothing happening. It should be fairly easy to reproduce from the original instructions, in IFTTT set up 24 timers, one for every hour (e.g. 00:00, 01:00, 02:00, etc), and get them to switch on output 15. After 24 hours check if any of the timers have triggered. Both sebfromgermany and myself found that none of the timers ever triggered.
