I did all of what you said and still the same problem. I've restarted my computer turned off the N30 AND ON AGAIN same problem now a blank screen. There seems to be a problem with the N30.

another issue is my computer doesn't seem to pick up the N30 on WIFI. the machine seems to be connected to the WIFI connection but when i run the SCAN DEVICE LIST it doesn't pick anything up.
