T32M issue with Output 1

I have recorded a short video to demo. Can you please advise if there is something special about output 1 or if there is a fault? All other outputs from 2 to 32 are ok, can turn them on and off.

Hi Barbara, from the earlier replies it looks like Output 1 isn’t supposed to behave differently from the other outputs. If it stays on even when switched off and a load confirms the same behavior, it sounds more like a MOSFET issue than a configuration problem.
I’d probably contact the seller first, especially if the board is still under warranty. Hopefully they can arrange a replacement or advise on the repair without having to modify the board yourself.
