because our board input range is dc 0-5v, i see your pdf have showed 3 voltage with temperature. i am not sure when your sensor 0-5v means whtat temperature range. you can test, if really hard to use, just replace with DS18B20 is easy to use. we will release new "KCS" V2 soon.
