How can I control H32B by siri? (Not with home assistant)

if you added Tuya adapter, it's ok, support alexa and google home voice control directly.
But can't use by siri without Node-Red.

And node-Red needs home assistant or i can use independently?

Node-Red not need home assistant, it's a open source software, install on any server.

1. Can you put a link of a video explains how to use siri by node-red?

2. After configuring siri and make sure that is working, can also control my house when I outside my house? 
Or i need to be connected to my house wifi?
