if you buy products from KinCony offical shop. You can send email (web@kincony.com) to us, tell us your "order number" and "order photo" , "board model" and "serial number" or "UID". We will add your board serial number to our cloud server.

how to use KinCony cloud server:

a. login by KinCony cloud server webpage: https://mq.kincony.com/qq/login
b. register user name and password
c. login with your user name and password
d. add your device by SCAN QRcode or INPUT your serial number.

how to generate your QRcode by yourself:
use this STRING https://mq.kincony.com/qq/device/qrcode?did=xxxxx  xxxxx replace
for example your board's serial number is: d3671a7ba2618996a7b56b3c
so you can paste this URL to your web browser: https://mq.kincony.com/qq/device/qrcode?...96a7b56b3c
Then it will create the QRcode photo, you can download, maybe you can print a label, stick on your board.

e. Now you can remote control your board.

I really like the concept of a cloud server based on MQTT that can be deployed locally—it's a great idea! I have a few questions:

Which boards are supported by the cloud server?
What firmware version is required for compatibility?
I currently have a KC868_A6 with firmware version v2.2.7, but when I input the serial number on the cloud server, nothing happens.

Additionally, will the cloud server deployment be made publicly available for custom solutions?

Keep up the great work on developing this cool product and providing innovative ways to remotely access controllers.

KinCony Cloud server will use for ESP32-S3 solution relay board.
KC868-A6 already support tuya app for remote control by internet.

server16 not support kincony cloud server directly, because it's Linux computer, you need to install your own software. if you use home assistant, it's easy to use tuya license for remote control relay.

server16 is a raspberry pi controller, no any software inside. so just like a computer, you need to install the software, such as "home assistant", if you install home assistsant, because we have made tuya addon for home assistant, so server16 controller can use by tuya app remote control relay by internet.
