I had a problem installing the YAML file for Kincony AS, as the line rmt_channel: 0 in the YAML file flagged red; every effort to identify it failed. I then removed rmt_channel: 0 and was to install it in ESPHome. The device was discovered and I followed the instruction to complete the configuration. The device doesn't turn to listening after I say 'hey jarvis'. It remains idle. What could caused this? See attachedpicture

'Hey Jarvis' does not turn on listening all the time. When it does, it will respond no such area found. Is it look for are or devices. We have about 83 entries in the Voice Assistant, but it does not react to those entries. What have we done wrong?
The Kincony AS is still not working on our side. On further investigation, we found that Wake Word is not available during configuration, as shown in the attached photos. Is this what causes 'Hey Jarives' not to respond, and how can we fix it?

It was used within ESPhome integration. It can show online in ESPHome, but does not respond to "hey jarvis". I have said "hey jarvis" for 30 times and no response
This is the exact yaml file I used. I have to remove the line with error to get install but after installation, 'hey jarvis' doesn't respond ro wake up the device as shown in the pictures attached

I removed it and I was able to install the yaml file. The problem is that 'hey jarvis' doesn't wake up the device. I have said this more than 30 times and noting. I have tried using google translate but no response. And it is happenning in the four devices I bought from you. Is there a way to change the wake word?
