Kincony KC868-A4 flashen not work

Beste forum,
ik heb twee Kincony KC 868 A-serie IO-boards, één A4 die werkt met ESP Home en Home Assistant, maar de andere A4 ESP kan niet worden aangesloten. Het verbindingsboard is aangesloten via USB en blijft laden, het board schakelt relais en de zoemer om zonder resultaat. Moet dit board in de flashmodus worden gezet? Zo ja, hoe werkt dat?

do you means , one KC868-A4 work well, another KC868-A4 board can't download firmware by USB cable?

I have a KC 868-A4 and a KC 868-4S.
The KC 868-A4S works when flashed with ESP Home with Home Assistant. The KC 868-A4 cannot be flashed. ESP Home does not seem to be able to find the board.
It is visible in device manager, the USB selection works, but ESP keeps loading when connected and the board relays click and the buzzer beeps.
What am I doing wrong? What is different about the A4 compared to the A4s?

take a photo of your error.
you can try to change a usb-c cable. or change computer USB port or add a USB hub.
