B32M maximum voltage
#1
The power supply is always shown as 12-24V

I want to use this in a motorhome/RV and we have 24V LiFePO4 batteries. This can charge up to 28.8V. Is this safe with the B32M? How strict is the limit?

28.8v, it's ok.

Yeah, 28.8V should be fine depending on the setup.

LiFePO4 batteries can stay around 28.8V while charging, does the B32M run noticeable warmer at that higher voltage, or is the heat generation pretty minimal?

It is fine to use it for short-term testing, but long-term use is not recommended., suggest use DC 9-24v.

I’d follow the admin’s recommendation and use a regulated DC-DC converter to keep the B32M input within 9–24V for continuous operation. Even if 28.8V works during short tests, I wouldn’t risk running it at that voltage long-term in an RV, especially when the battery voltage can fluctuate during charging.
