New DIY Project Support
#1
Dear kincony support,
I bought those from Kincony

1 server
1 A16 bundle E
2 D8 + 16 SSR 10A + 16 CB 6A
1 H32BS+ 2 E8 + 16 CB 10 A
1 power supply 220/12 volt 4.5A

I need to know the exact wiring diagram need it between Server ,A16 Bundle E , 2D8, H32BS to start build the distribution board.

Note the lesson 3 demo just showing server with A16 and connect the server directly to load through E16 only

Thanks

Thanks for wiring diagram photos.
Important questions:-
1. Lighting on/off load connected to H32BS , dimming lighting load connected to D8.

what type of loads that need to connect to the server and A16 assuming all types of load above and other DB that has H32B will be working through home asistance with 4 Kc868-AG?

2. Can i use from the 220 volt liad side of E16 and SSR a different single phases ?
For example E8 can be used 3 output on phas R, 3 output on Phase Y  2 on phase B
For Example
The D8 connected to 8 SSR 10 A can i connect 3 of them on phase R, 3 on phase Y, 2 on phase B?

Thank you

Load can't connect directly to H32BS need add E16,and connect the load to E16, The rated current of the load must be less than 16A.

Using KC868-Server, you can implement home Assistant to control all devices

You can control different phase lines, but the voltage cannot exceed 220V

Thanks for short reply
As i understood there is no neccessary to connect A16 and server to load through E8 or E16 relays since the H32BS and D8 connected and sufficient for that purpose.

This mean A16 and the server to provide Support to all controllers on the computer network controllers ( AG, D8  H32B, H32BS, ...etc) using home asistance only.

Since my lighting on/off load is 16 circuits only if i knew this earlier of order wouldn't order H32BS and use the server to do it that connect to the load through 2E8 or E16 and save the cost of H32BS.
Last but not list what is advantage to add A16 to the server and what is the adding value for this?

In my casr as i understood from reply power on the server, A16 and connect to ethermet / wifi and install configure software to support the all KC controllers and no load connected to the server/A16 in tjis case.

Hello, There are several ways to control load:

1.KC868-A16+E16(1PCS)+Breaker and load----can control 16 Channels
2.KC868-H32BS+E16(2PCS)+Breaker and load----can control 32 Channels
3.KC868-Server+E16(2PCS)+Breaker and load----can control 32 Channels  support home assistant
4.KC868-Server+KC868-A16+E16(3PCS)+Breaker and load----can control 48 Channels  support home assistant

Based on your reply and since i bought
KC-868 server
KC-868 -A16
Can control up to 48 circuit using 3 E16 and i had 2 E8
And my lighting on/ off load is 16 circuit with possible extensionvthen no need to H32BS and may be better increase 4 E8 to use up to 48 circuit.
Can i replace ( return ) the H32BS with order new 4 E8?
Saving space in distribution board.
Also i understood server with A16 better for home asistance with D8 and 4 AG
Do you agree that no need for H32BS?

I recommend that you use KC868-server as the server, H32BS+E16 or E8 for load control, in this way you can connect to switch panel, if you only use KC868-server, you can only connect to 16 switch panel, with H32BS, you can extend to 48 switch panel. A16 cannot be connected to switch panel.

KC868-Server+ KC868-A16 = 32 channel output, not 48 channel.
A series board need config by ESPHome, need familiar with esphome configuration.
H series board , such as H32BS, it's the most powerful, almost directly to use, many function will be simple set in his webpage. such as "double click" function and momentary time setting....
actually, KC868-H32BS + KC868-E16 is the best combination.
