KC868 H32B + Switch terminal board + relay status over HTTP
#1
Hi

I'm using H32B with switch terminal board. I connected a push button/switch to the switch terminal board. It is controlling perfectly the relay.

The problem/bug/issue I have is the following:

- Initial status all relays off. I query the relay status over HTTP with "http://192.168.1.9/sw_ctl.cgi?RelayFF=RD&postpwd=<myversecurepw>". It shows all relays off.
- I push the button to turn on relay on. The relay turns on.
- Then I query the relay status again with the same HTTP command but still shows off!!! but the relay is physically ON.
- If I change the relay status over HTTP command (ON/OFF) and query again over HTTP command as above then it is reporting the relay status properly over the HTTP command.

I can also reproduce the same with any of the relay outputs.

Can you have a look on this? Maybe a firmware bug?

thanks.

I checked and have firmware version H32B_V4.44. I'll look for a machine with RS232 port to upgrade the FW and will let you know.

Hey KinCony,

I managed to get a USB serial cable and updated the firmware from v4.44 to v4.46.
The issue went away and seems the upgrade solved the problem.

Thanks for letting me know that newer firmware solves this problem!

Have a great day.
