KC868-H32BS V1.50sp new firmware update

1. support KC868-HA RS485 button adapter.
2. support "interlock" function for "output", that can use for curtain motor, protect your motor. some "interlock" output will never ON at the same time.

i used mqtt in homassistant to control H32BS but  after update firmware  for H32BS  I noted homeassistant not response feedba  in spite of work H32BS 

i used Home Assistant 2022.12.7
