Different board will have different channel of digital output, digital input , ADC, DAC, so the protocol is same , just according to the hardware resource to set channel number.

Dear,
String protocol cannot be activated for RS485 communication.  WHY?

This could be a great feature.
Please let see if this option can be activated.

Dear Admin,

I am testing STRING protocol on TCP, is working very well.
Please can you make it available on RS485 communication?  

MODBUS-RTU seems not working well, would like to use STRING on RS485.

RS485 use by MODBUS protocol, what problem with you of MODBUS testing? you can take a photo of your test screen. so that i can see what command you have sent.

does string protocol work on KC868-AI, please?
My settings:
UDP Client: enable
remote address:255.255.255.255 (I have also tried server IP address 10.0.0.136)
Port: 9876
The Input port connects to GND. The monitoring page shows input green. 

I have a PC (IP 10.0.0.136) with Wireshark, the firewall is turned off, but I don't see any traffic. I turn the input on and off.
TCP client periodically sends something if I turn it on and monitor it, but it's just establishing a connection
