I will try another ip address. Regarding to modbus and node-red before firmware update it worked perfectly.

I've changed ip address but mqtt is not working. When enabling only mqtt the ethernet mode led UDP is on. Is that OK?
UPDATE: Downloaded 2.4 version and the result is the same. NO MQTT! After putting back v1.14 immediately connects to mqtt and sendig data.
No other configuration is changed, ONLY upgrading and downgrading firmware.

Yes I do. I've updated the bootloader too from the post of version 2.4

do you have download BOOTLOADER for your COLB by this HEX file? you can download this file again.

Downloaded BOOTLOADER then downloaded v2.7 firmware but NO MQTT data is sending! 
After this downloaded V1.14 and MQTT data appeared. For some reason with v2.7 is no mqtt data is sent.

when you use jlink, do eraser all for chip.

Yes I did. I followed step by step the instructions posted here. No mqtt data is coming from colb.
