support UDP string command protocol to control relay
support control relay by UDP command in Loxone Miniserver
firmware download:

make sure your KC868-H32B CPU chip is AT32F403AVGT7.
if your board CPU is STM32F103VCT6 or GD32F103VCT6, there is no enough memory for new firmware update, they memory is 256K. new firmware is >300k, so can't use it.
