In fact it is not needed for old style light bulbs. But im talking about led here, its much more common to have for example 2 led light (7w) bulbs connected in series that generate 14w load.

What im thinking is to put some kind of resistor in the ssr output (kind of bleeder resistor), so I ensure to always have > 18w of load, my doubt is how to the math to buy the resistor...

There are several on Aliexpress, can you help me to choose ?

You can test without resistance first, which requires practice to verify. In theory, it is useless.
