Connecting analogue sensors
#1
I am new to your board(kcs868-a16). need help testing the onboard LED indicators to see if they are working ok. Installed firmware and need to test if the outputs are ok. secondly need help connecting 0-5 v PH sensor. Do they already have input elctronics already inside or need external circuit for 0-5v signal.

yes, KC868-A16 have 4 channel analog input port for 0-5v dc sensor. you can directly to use. not need external circuit.

thanks. anyway to test the onboard led output if working?

do you want use analog sensor to control relay output? if this is right, just download KCS firmware, then create IFTTT command.
AI(0-5v dc) trigger DO (relay on/off).

Can you please send me the settings in ESPHOME so that the analog input measures the full range of 0-5V? When I gradually increase the voltage, it always stops somewhere around 3.2V and after 5V the value does not change. I have an analog sensor with a range of 0.5-4.5V. Thanks.
Current setting:
- platform: adc
pin: GPIO35
name: "analog_input3"
attenuation: 11dB
update_interval: 5s
