#1
Video
Dears I bought PLC Kincony with extension keyboard and 32 channel expansion. My problem is connect switches from rooms to PLC.

I show my cabinet

Wall cable

and I prepare drawings - how I connect.

But not working correctly. For example I short 2 wires from 1st room - connected to K1 i K1com  couldn't turn on/off  1st relay, and after connect wires to extension ports the Keyboard not switches correctly relays too.

How it should be connected?

Did I need a special wall switches for that ?

your used 32 red buttons panel board is for short distance use, it usually used in a Power Distribution Box inside. the board only support <5 meter from the switch panel, and need to use thick line , suggest use shielding wire. But I seen you have use the CAT5 network cable, if you have use this cable, we suggest use "switch terminal board" -- last photo, it's very stable and for long distance, support 300 meter from the board to your wall switch panel.
solve way:
1. update your KC868-H8 controller firmware by ST-Link.
ST-link is a USB download cable: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33023499...6c0akE7CfH
2. use "switch terminal board".
it will be work well.

Thank You Administrator for information. I order switch terminal board.

I have a question for firmware for my PLC - where I can download this ? Could you share the link ?

Do I need use special programmer from kincony , or I can use own programmer for ST chip ?

Thank You for answer.

just need ST-link usb cable, https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33023499...6c0akE7CfH
if you have programmer for ST MCU, also is ok.
give me your relay controller model, is it KC868-H8? I will send you firmware.

I have a similar problem! I ordered a button switch module for KC868-Hx relay controller. How can I get the firmware for my controller? I have an ST-link usb cable. My model is KC868-H32
