Wrong device selected ! it showed, you need select CORRECT chip model.

I am sorry, but I could not find what other chip model I should select. I have the model with STM32F103VCT6 chip, as you can see in my picture.

Here a picture of my device again:

So I tried different chips and ST-LINK--SWD--STM32F103xxC worked!

take a photo of your ST link software whether have F103CXX model.
