- lighting (including dimmable LEDs)
- blinds, multi device control: fans, pumps
- energy measurement, 
- temperature and humidity sensors

The photo only shows the electrical panel. The project includes the house plan, consumers, diagram, etc.

The house is still under construction, with no lights or other devices installed yet, and the smart home isn't fully configured yet. I'll share updates in the future.
