After scanning the QR code with my Smart Life app, the smart321.com server won't load. I've tried using my WiFi and Cellular internet connection, still the same issue. I've confirmed my Tuya details are copy-pasted and correct. See check your inbox for the video recording of me scanning your QR code with the Smart Life app.

I think there's something wrong with the "smart321.com" server.

1. check whether you have copied tuya license details with a SAPCE on the end of item.
2. do you KCS monitor showed tuya state is "online"?
3. if YES, can you try with "smart life" or "Tuya" app? change app to test.

1. Yes, all Tuya license details are copied exactly with no space at the end.
2. Yes, KCS Monitor shows Tuya is "online".
3. After switching from Smart Life to Tuya app, the device is successfully paired to the account  Big Grin


Is it possible to provide support for Smart Life? As most of my devices and homes are already in Smart Life app.
