E16T is not detected when connected via USB
#1
I have an e16t controller. Since the purchase, I have been using tuya (factory firmware). I recently decided to try a smart home based on the Home assistant. The Home assistant is installed on Raspberry pi5.
I found a post on the forum that you can install a new configuration file on the e16t (via esphome), which will allow you to control the relay via tuya and home assistant.
I did everything according to the scheme, and I ran into such a problem that esphome does not see the connected e16t device via usb. I used the cable from the e16t kit, I also tried to use another cable, but with no result.

After that I tried to connect e16t to PC (windows), but PC cannot detect e16t. The driver for the ch340c is installed.
Nothing happens when connected to a PC.

Can you tell me how to solve this problem?

1: install usb driver: https://www.kincony.com/download/CH341SER.zip
2: change a usb cable or change usb port. or change a computer.
can you take some photo of your problem.

1. This driver is installed.
2. I tried using other cables, as well as another PC. When connecting the e16t to a PC, nothing appears in the device manager.

can you take a photo, how you connect with wire. maybe you can test with added a USB hub.

I connected the cable from the e16t kit to the e16t and to a usb PC (windows). The ch340c driver is already installed. I supply 12v power to the e16t. Nothing appears on the PC in the device manager, and there is also no sound of the device connected to the PC. Via a usb hub in the same way
