Is it possible to turn an output on with timer via MQTT? E.g. turn on output1 for 1 second (then turn automatically off)?

You can use Delay option in KCS fw. 

Outputs> Type> Delay

Then you configure the delay time.

Me he explicado mal. Quiero enviar por mqtt un valor leído por modbus, o establecer un valor por mqtt y enviar por modbus.

De igual forma con I2C

Es esto posible?

No, KCS firmware not support that way. if you want, you can write your own arduino code.
