I have solved. I have disconnected the IR modules before the update of firmware.

You can use Delay option in KCS fw. 

Outputs> Type> Delay

Then you configure the delay time.

Hola Señor, es posible enviar ordenes a dispositivos conectados mediante puerto I2C o RS485?

Me he explicado mal. Quiero enviar por mqtt un valor leído por modbus, o establecer un valor por mqtt y enviar por modbus.

De igual forma con I2C

Es esto posible?

No, KCS firmware not support that way. if you want, you can write your own arduino code.
