This is what I did.
First, as I didn't know where to start, I followed the movie I found here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Qr72VgI1Kw&t=55s.
In this movie the address is 0x10000, I used that address and the firmware suitable for my version of the board. It didn't work.

Then I found another articles and the movie https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9w8Ek4uB.
I followed it ( now the address is 0x0), but the board doesn't work either.

After long break I manged to make it work.
Solution was simple ... in order to upload the firmware the button needs to be pressed (don't remember which one)
This is probably obvious for many users, but not for newbies like me.

Right now my kincony is supporting my home automation :-)

Dear forum,
I have a Kincony kc868-a4 and a Kincony kc868-a4s. I flashed the 4s without any problems using web esp home and it runs with esphome in home assistant.
I am trying to do the same with the Kincony kc868 -a4, but esp home cannot connect to the web esp home via USB.
The connection keeps loading and nothing else happens. If anyone knows whether the Kincony kc868-a4 needs to be put into flash mode for flashing, and if so, how that works,
I would appreciate a response.
Regards, Jurgen
