IO-1 and IO-2 can use for wiegand. this just a label for first and second free GPIO name:

"IO-1": GPIO32
"IO-2": GPIO33

so you should define these 32,33 for esphome yaml.

So if I am reading it right the 4 pin serial port on the board would be GPIO17 and GPIO16 ?
