Yes, Can't see any COM serial port number. But, with another PC's serial port terminal software like "COOLTERM", I see the COM port of the usb - rs485 converter attached kc868-HA-V21 module. And, I press k1 button of module and it sends some data frame to terminal in "COOLTERM".
I've tried the kc868-ha config tool with three "windows 11 installed laptops". It doesn't work. I think I have to find windows 10 installed laptops,
