Hello,
I have purchased A16v3 with KC868-E16v2 and i am trying to get it on for the first time.
I conected the plug but the display on the board is not displaying anything. Where can i find the instructions to flush the new KCS v3 software?
How can i get started using the product?
Thanks,
Erazer

Managed to fix the infinite loop by presing reset buton. All works now even in HA but I am not able to use the inputs. How can I coonect a switch to the digital inputs? does it require an alternative 12v power souce? Where can i find a guide on how to do it?
Thanks,
Erazer

digital input only short with GND is trigger. not need to use 12v power.
if you downloaded KCS v3 firmware, you can enable HA mqtt auto discovery function in KCS webpage setting. OUPTUT and digital input ports will auto scanned by home assistant.

Ok. Thanks you. I am using a dry contact switch from shelly with 4 buttons. It has 5 wires. The red one suppose to be the line but if i connect it to the gnd on the a16v3 board it does not work. Could you plese direct me where i can find the instructions on how to properly connect switches to digital inputs of the board?

what's your 4 gang switch every wire define?
the common line should connect to KC868-A16v3's GND. others cable just connect with different digital input ports. switch not need any power.
after connected with wire, you need set by IFTTT, let digital input TOGGLE digital output ports. make sure you have downloaded KCS v3 firmware by USB-C cable, because of new pcb no firmware inside of ESP32S3.

Perfect. Now it works just by using the gnd connection and configuring IFTTT for the inputs and outputs toggle. Really appreciate your help.
If I have multiple switches cand I use the same GND to have control on the inputs?

If I have multiple switches cand I use the same GND to have control on the inputs? does it also work with regular switches (i mean classic ones that only require 1 wire just to switch the line)

1. YES, if use multi switch, just use same one GND is ok.
2. digital input support connect with "regular switches", just need config by IFTTT.
