No, this not right. I checked. Not works.
Then i go to log on tuya side and found that ESP report not by ID number, it report by ID name (identifier). ESP send ID "output1" and "output2".

   

So, i changed identifier names to "output1" and "output2" and it start works. ID number - doesn't matter.

if you want work with your own tuya application. you can re write ESP32 firmware.

Hi, I recenlty bought a KC868-AI (from AliExpress) & a Tuya license (from Kincony Online Store). But I'm having issues pairing to the Smart Life app ?

After entering the Tuya details into my KC868-AI (running KCS v2.2.14), I can't seem to find Singapore as the server location (my Smart Life account is set for region "Singapore"). So I've set it "Western US" for now. But upon scanning the QR code using my Smart Life app, it says "Couldn't connect to the server".

today will update KCS v2 firmware for new version. will support Singapore data center for tuya license.

I'm able to select Singapore data center now, but during scanning the QR code with the Smart Life app, still the same "Can't connect to server" error. I think something is wrong with the bind code URL, as KCS Monitor shows Tuya network "connected". See attachment for reference.

make sure your every tuye item information not have a SPACE in end. This is important.
now have re send the tuya bind code to you by private message.

I've tried the bind code you messaged me, but still the same "Can't connect to server" error. And I've ensured there are no spaces in the end of the Tuya information. I've sent my Tuya details to you by message, for your reference.

Hi, update on this?

I feel like there's something wrong with the bind code URL server, as after scanning the QR code with my Smart Life app, it opens my web browser, then goes to "https://m.smart321.com/xxxxxx", then re-directs to "https://m.smart321.com:8443/$url". After that, nothing happens.
