Hello KinCony Team,
I am planning to use your B24M (or T32M) controller for an industrial
hydraulic press control system. I need to confirm the MOSFET output
configuration before purchasing.
My questions:
1. What type of MOSFET is used for the digital outputs on B24M / T32M?
- Is it Low-side N-channel (switching the GND/negative side)?
- Or High-side P-channel (switching the +V/positive side)?
2. I noticed the board uses NCE60P10K MOSFETs based on the product photos.
Since NCE60P10K is a P-channel MOSFET, does this mean the outputs
are High-side switching?
3. My application uses 3-wire bidirectional solenoid valves with
common-cathode (negative common) configuration:
- Forward terminal
- Reverse terminal
- Common terminal (negative, GND)
Can I directly drive these solenoids with B24M / T32M outputs?
Proposed wiring:
[DC 24V+] ----> B24M DC(+) input
[B24M Output 1] ----> Solenoid Forward terminal
[B24M Output 2] ----> Solenoid Reverse terminal
[Solenoid Common (-)] ----> 24V GND
Will this work? When Output 1 is ON, will it supply +24V to the
forward terminal, energizing the forward coil?
4. If the above wiring works, can I also wire multiple bidirectional
solenoids (10 units) in this manner using outputs 1-20?
5. Do the outputs include built-in flyback diodes for inductive loads,
or do I need to add external flyback diodes for solenoid coils?
I'm planning to purchase 2-3 units if these questions are confirmed.
Looking forward to your response.
Thank you very much.
Best regards,
