before import flows , you need install these nodes for Node-Red:
1. node-red-contrib-ui-led 【LED UI】
2. node-red-contrib-ui-level 【Temperature】
3. node-red-dashboard 【dashboard UI】

I have imported the flow to node red, changed the IP address and port of the TCP nodes.

How can I get these switches on the dashboard?

oh, just realized that the relays on this flow are only visible on a node red dashboard, which I have no interest in creating. I would like to keep the switches on the main HA dashboard. I can control the relays on the relay board, but can't get feedback from the board when a switch is manually operated on the expansion board.

Is there a way to connect these two ends:
