KC868-A16v3 Issue, No Display USB connection
#1
Hello,

I received my KC868-A16v3 today that I ordered directly from KinCony.  When I apply 12v using the provided power supply, the red power LED illuminates and the Digital Output light cycle through their lights but nothing is displayed on the screen.  When I connect the included USB cable to my Windows PC it says "USB device not recognized".  I've received the same result from two different windows PC's.

Do you have any suggestions that may help me? I tried to insert a picture but was unable to.

Thanks,
dusty82

because new board no firmware inside. you need to download KCS v3 firmware by usb-c cable firstly.

The issue was the usb-c cable included with my order.  I was able to successfully connect with my google pixel usb-c cable (pictured below) and install the latest firmware.

It is running great on my home assistant setup now and replaced my Konnected board that has a broken usb port.

Thanks!
