KC868-COLB Tuya Integration

I have connected my KC868-COLB to wifi and verified connection to my router, entered Tuya Licence details sent through, generated the QR Code and connected device to Tuya App. It is always showing as offline in Tuya app and I cannot get it connected. I have also tried just with ethernet, and with both ethernet and wifi connected.

What else do i need to do to get my device online in Tuya App?

login by ethernet ip, take a photo of your tuya setting webpage of COLB.

check tuya license information every item whether have a SAPCE in the end.
make sure your tuya account REGION in EU. how to check ,see here: https://www.kincony.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=2544

Yes, I have confirmed there are no spaces before or after any of the fields in the licence information.

I have also confirmed the Central Europe Data centre in my Tuya Developer account

can you let your COLB power on, we will have a look by cloud server.

OK, It is powered on now and connected to network

your controller not online , make sure you ethernet cable have connected with your router have internet. make sure your router have not disabled mqtt 1883 port for tuya.

It is online, see screenshots from my router showing ethernet and Wifi connection. Nothing in server setting is blocking port 1883

take a photo of your ethernet webpage setting. what's firmware version of COLB?
