KC868-AG disapeared from the WIFI network

not use laptop's USB port for power supply, it's low current. you can find a mobile phone charger, at least 5V 1A is better.

I have reflashed both AG devices , changed the STA to authenticate to my WIFI. Plugged each AG device to an Iphone USB charger and Andriod phone USB charger. I still cannot see the both AG devices.

Can you enter on kcs web interface? Do a Factory Reset. I had other problem after flashing the new firmware. Start working properly only after factory reset. Maby works for you too

I have tried both factory reset and the bottom of the device and on the URL. The device is still disappears.
