I understand that the built-in relays might get worn and have to be replaced after a few years of operation.
1. What is the model/specifications of the relay units installed in the actuator? Can it be soldered (out and in) easily at home with a simple solder, or does it require special equipment/specialty? Do these relays getting worn when sitting on the shelf unused? I consider buying a few relay units in advanced and store them at home for such case.
2. Can I replace these relays with higher quality ones?
3. How much does using a secondary contactor enlarges the life expectancy of these built-in relays? What is the most recommended contactors? Are SSR contactors preferable over magnetic ones? Does it wore them less if they operate on DC12V?
4. Is it recommended to use RC snubber for SSR contactors or it is relevant only for magnetics?

KC868-COL has 16 DIs and 16 AIs. Can i set an AI to be operated as a simple DI? I want to have 32 DIs. Alternatively, can i have multiple units of KC868-COL?

One of your logic units (like KC868-COL) or the switch terminal board is able to detect double-click and/or long-click on the digital input from the self-reset switch? I would like to set it to perform some other action (like turning off a group of lights) without having a dedicated switch just for it. In other words: on a certain switch: (i) normal click would be programmed to do action_1, (ii) double click would do action_2; and (iii) long click would do action_3.

The switch panels sold in Kincony's store have light indicators on them with a separate connection socket outlet. Does one of your products have a *digital output* option that can conditionally feed 12VDC to these LEDs? If not, is there another solution (assuming we don't want to connect it directly to the relay's output 320VAC nor having a dedicated expensive contactor for each led)?

Hi.

I'm looking for a wall switch panel that fits into the boxes currently installed in my walls. I think it's usually called "type 118"; where 118mm is the nominal width of the outer panel case. The wall box is rectangular of width ~100mm and height ~65mm (the distance between the screws is 85mm). A picture of the box is attached below.

Unfortunately, the switches sold in Kincony's store don't fit into such box. The momentary switches they usually sell in my country (that do fit these boxes) are very expensive.

I updated the firmware of my COLB to V1.8 and I can't login via ethernet after this.
I used "admin" / "admin" for user / password and always shows "user or password error!" message.
How can I proceed to fix this?
