KinCony Pi5R16 is a powerful Raspberry Pi–based IoT gateway designed for smart home automation and industrial control applications. Built around the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (CM5), it integrates relay outputs, opto-isolated digital inputs, analog inputs, RS232/RS485 communication, PWM outputs, and multiple expansion interfaces into a compact DIN rail aluminum enclosure.

Important Notes
microSD Card Support
If you are using the CM5 eMMC version, the microSD card slot and SSD disk cannot be used.
The microSD card slot and SSD disk only works with CM5 Lite versions.
Flashing Firmware via USB-C
- Connect the Pi5R16 to your PC using a USB-C cable
- Run the rpiboot executable on your Windows PC
- The eMMC or SD card or SSD disk will appear as a removable drive in Windows
This allows you to flash Raspberry Pi OS or other Linux systems directly.
